    Hi Sandra,
I’ve tried to order your book and filled in my details with the BNB site as required – name and email and password. When I then tried to place an order I got the following message:
“You are not an active member. Please contact the administration.”
With no obvious place to make such contact. And I do not have any idea how to become an active member if I’m refused out of hand.
Sorry, but I am easily frustrated and dissuaded by this kind of stuff. Jumping through hoops – not my thing. Please advise how I can become an “active member” so I can order your book.
And perhaps suggest to the admin of BNB that they make this process simpler for potential purchasers.
I really want your book – please let them know.
    Thank you.

Hi Shari, thanks for your comment. I’ve passed it onto BNBS Books. I know how frustrating it is when websites don’t do what you want them to, possibly a tweak of the design is needed. SD
